• Job Title:
  General Cleaning Agent
• Type of contract :
  Open-ended contract
• Work Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)
  • Must be available during extended hours (between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m.)
  • Must be available to work on weekends
• Gross monthly pay:
  Salary in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement
• Paid vacations:26 days (pro rata to working hours)

Missions

Operational missions:

• Perform routine cleaning and/or maintenance tasks in various types of facilities in accordance with health and safety guidelines
• Specific cleaning tasks depending on the environment,
• Clean and maintain premises in accordance with work schedules,
• Ensure the correct use of the various products made available on the sites,
• Help manage and maintain the equipment provided (cleaning, checks),
• Ensure that technical equipment is operational and in good working order for on-site operations, and report any damage,
• Master the use of machines related to the cleaning activity (scrubber-drier, monobrush, etc.),
• Ensure compliance with work schedules and procedures,
• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene protocols,
• Take care not to disrupt the residents' stay and/or the work of existing staff,
• Daily reporting to the Site Manager and, more generally, to the Operations department.

Profile

• You have 2 to 5 years of experience in the field of business and consumer services and/or within a company operating in a similar or related sector, such as an SME (ideally in the cleaning, sanitation, and/or waste management industry).
• You are dynamic, courageous, organized and able to punctually manage your various daily projects.
• You know how to make yourself available and be responsive to express requests to make up for an agent's absence,
• You have developed rigorous skills; you can demonstrate organization, versatility and method in the execution of your tasks and daily missions.
• You are sensitive to health, safety and hygiene standards, and know how to work within the framework of environmental standards and according to product recommendations.

You are open-minded, cooperative, collaborative and a team player; you can also work independently or on your own.
